This is much simpler and friendlier than trying to cover all the actual
dependencies (including pictures, build process itself, &c.)
Yes, it dumbs down make to be a worse shell script. This is a quick
hack, I do not care.

Add automatic verapdf checking

This requires the correct version (v1.16.1) of VeraPDF installed, and
then automatically produces the report.
The current version of VeraPDF is not compatible with the profile. I
have no idea why, but it crashes…

Tabulka na titulní straně je správně centrovaná

Nyní jsou na ose stránky leží mezera mezi levý a pravým sloupcem.
Také už se umíme vypořádat s názvem oboru, který se nevejde na řádek
(buňky pravého sloupce sázíme jako odstavce).
LaTeXové prostředí tabular jsme nicméně museli nahradit primitivní
konstrukcí s \halign, protože tabular neumí pevné šířky sloupců.
