+Rattling Bog. In Lilypond.

+So, there is this cummulative song: [The rattling
+bog](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Rattlin'_Bog) (performance e.g.
+[here](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5QO8bWGNPyo)). I was recently helping
+someone with Lilypond, which I know can be scripted using Scheme (or Guile).
+So, naturally, it is a nice exercise in Scheme to implement this song in
+Lilypond itself, isn't it…
+
+I do not know much about Scheme yet, so let me fix it :-)
+
+**Disclaimer:** It is probably much better idea to generate the Lilypond source
+from another language and just use Lilypond to compile. But that is not as much fun :-)
+
+The aim is to have as good as possible result (both PDF and MIDI), and hopefully reasonable code.
